Hi Aman, you are welcome! Hard to say exactly how many calories you need, and also hard for you to exactly measure how many calories you are eating, so instead lets look at what you are eating and the way you eat.
Firstly, it is probably not going to be possible for you to lose 1 kg a week. Although you are overweight, you are not so overweight that this level of weight loss will be easy. Although I do not know how large your portions are, you do seem to be eating a lot during the day for someone trying to lose weight. You seem to be having a breakfast, a snack, lunch, another snack, a protein shake and then dinner. So you are eating 6 times a day and exercising once. I would suggest that the first step to take, assuming that your current plan is not resulting in weight loss, is stop the snacks and then monitor your progress. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and nothing else.
Also if you are just doing 500 Calories worth of cardio a day you do not need to take in a protein shake! This will result in weight gain if anything.
